Really disappointing experience with the service department on my last visit. My vehicle was returned dirty, no car wash and trash left inside. Very easy dropped off truck, received call when it was ready. Plenty of cashiers this time, the only annoying part of checking out is barely any room to sign the release form. The counter needs to be extended for signature purposes.

I drop off vehicle for oil change vehicle and ask for a new key fob and programming and was told by Steve that he would get back to me by text for pricing once he spoke to parts. I never got a text from him even when the truck was “ done” and new key fob was not made. And worst of all charge $160 for an oil change and the vehicle was still displaying low oil. Like it said before I took it. This message has been showing up on the truck’s display for the last 3 oil changes and they say there is nothing wrong with the truck. Also I used to pay around $120 for an oil change.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. I brought my 2007 corvette in for a full service of the vehicle. The car had never been driven since 2007 and need all fluids, hoses, belts and tires replaced. Guy Evans put together a very comprehensive plan to restore the car back to new and ensure everything works and is safe to drive. The car is amazing to drive and runs perfectly. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience this time and have no plans to return to this dealership for future service on my vehicle. I found it disrespectful to be dismissed. Imagine checking your car in and being skipped, only to have to inform the staff that you arrived before the other customer. Then, the person assisting you doesn't even make eye contact. When I brought it up, his response was, "I can't look at the computer and you too," which I found rude and unprofessional. Additionally, when I declined the tire rotation because I had recently purchased new tires, I was told, "How would I know that?"—a response that came across as both unprofessional and dismissive.

I was on vacation, far from home and my Equinox died on the FL Turnpike. We arrived to Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead late on a Saturday thinking that the Service Department was already closed, but luckily they weren't. They quickly diagnosed the problem, swapped out the suspect part and was back on the road within an hour. So grateful to Alan & Jason for taking great care of us! It is a shame I don't live in the area to give them additional business!

Even with an appointment, my car service was delayed for over an hour. While returning home, I noticed a "new" noise and was concerned so I went to my local mechanic shop. They located a screw/ pin in my tire that was identified as the part used to attach the liner in the wheel well. NOT FROM MY CAR. So now it is plugged until I can replace my tires... 2024 car with only 18k miles. Called dealership and no one seems to care. It definitely happened during service (oil change & tire rotation) at BOMNIN.

I went to get an oil change, and when the inspection was done, they told me I needed to change the transmission fluid. I agreed to do it. When they took the car to the car wash, the antenna cover fell off. They replaced it and charged me for it.

He greeted my upon arrivial and took care of the issue with my truck. The staff member at the cashier area was also very friendly and helpful while I was paying. The gentleman who drove / pulled my truck up for me outside the service reception area was also professional and friendly. My appointment was at 7am. The gates to the service center were opened at roughly 7:15. Advisor didn’t see me until about 7:30am. My advisor was very good. The checkout process wasn’t to good tho. The cashier was not friendly had a bit of an attitude. Didn’t call a porter to bring my car. I walked to the back lot to find my vehicle and it was a challenge driving out because there were so many cars in the way. The dealership feels disorganized.

I sat for over an hour just for my car to be taken in. I was here at 7 o’clock in the morning and it was 8 o’clock for my truck went into the bay. All I was having done was an oil change and tire rotation an hour after that it was donethe service gentleman was great however, if I’m there at 7 o’clock to be done, I expect it should be done by over 730 not 8 o’clock before it even goes into the bay.

I went in for only an oil change. By the time it was completed. The service representative was nowhere to be found and my keys were on his desk for over 20 minutes. I had to grab the keys myself, go to the pay counter and had it processed myself. Then I had to wait because another vehicle was blocking my exit and I had to find and look for a representative to move the other vehicle. There appears to be a lack of communication between service representatives and mechanics. There was no need for me to watch my keys on a desk for over 20 minutes and for me to do the job of someone who works there.

The nvheck in was pretty smooth but the service was horrible I paid for an oil change and alignment idk if the alignment was even done because when i picked up my car after 2-3 hrs later all my tire pressure is showing 28-29 psi I had oil stains in the inside of my beige door panels!!

I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 AM, arrived a few minutes early, waited until 7:39 AM until someone waited on me. Staff was waiting in the bay, looked my way but continued to stand around until someone came out of an office to wait on me. Sebastian greeted me with a handshake and smile and brought me into his office to get the process started. I received my truck at 9:51 AM. Someone left their empty coffee cup on my console. Overall, good experience.

The service( oil change tire rotation ) experience was excellent. George was outstanding and he does a great job. However I purchased a hat at the parts dept for $28.57. I was charged $58.57. The cashier said the $30 would be reversed. So after 8 phone calls and 2 weeks later today October 31st the $30 was finally put back into our account. Thanks yall gotta do a better job.

Service for oil change was too long! Your employees think that 2 hours for a oil change is acceptable, Well it is NOT. It is better than the 4 to 5 hours I have waited on several occasion's. I had just detailed my car. Bonnin washed my car and I had water spots and dirt all over my car when I arrived at home.. If you are going to "wash a car " or put water on it, I suggest you wipe it down with a little intent to make it look good. I appreciate the service I received from Steven Cruz, he did take good care of us, He was exceptional, knowledgeable and courteous. It seems to me, ( being in the service industry) your business has a lot dead weight with no enthusiasm. When working with your company if someone's heart is not in to the career they have chose it really shows. Not a pretty picture, You have a good team, please don't let a few drag you down. You wanted to know what I thought, so here it is. Hopefully you will listen. I only say this with kindness. sincerely, MKB

went in with an appointment on Monday the service person said the vehicle would have to be on the diagnostic machine, and he would get back with me. After not hearing from him at the end of the second day I called three times and left messages that were not returned. I went into the dealership to find out the statis of my car the service guy brushed me off saying he would be with me shortly, after about twenty minutes I got a phone call and had to leave he never got back to me. Friday i finally got a text telling me what was wrong and how much it would cost, not only did I have to rent a car day by day not knowing how long I would be without my car, The repairs where outrages. I ended up paying for an entire rental for the week and the repairs with no discount for the inconvenience. The service guy made sure he was not around when i picked up my car. I go to this particular dealership because it's close and convenient, from now on I will drive out of my way to another dealership and hope I get better service.

Everything was ok except the tech did not inflate my tires to the proper amount . All my tires were under inflated and in the receipt I got it stated the tires were rotated and set to correct psi but they were not . Besides that no other issues really .

Our sale representative was informative, attentive to details, communicative, patient and welcoming. My only suggestions is the process when finalizing with finance. A deal was struck for cash. Payments were made. Yet we waited 1.5 hours for the finance department. When we were called, it took 5 minutes. The timing must be streamlined for those paying cash.

I stood at the service area waiting to be approached by an advisor at 7:30 in the morning. No one came out from their office to greet me or ask if I needed assistance. Only one advisor had a customer the others never even looked away from their computers to make eye contact.
